I dunno. Seems far fetched you would have AGs filing a constitutional case and SCOTUS rejecting based on something so minor. But I dunno.

Bottom line: the SCOTUS had to be given a chance to hear it.

Impatient pedes want to go from 1 to 11 directly. And believe me, people are stressed, homeless, without work, etc etc. They've been far too comfortable for too long. Needed some shakeup. Now they are ready to go to the mat.

Didn't the SCOTUS ruling state that Texas had no standing because it was up to PA to decide how to conduct their elections. If this is accurate (I havent read the ruling by SCOTUS) then their decision did not have anything to do with timing of voting for electors.

Texas said it is not about how electors will vote, but how the PAST EVENT of election and vote counting was conducted against the 4 states own laws.
