All they have to do is follow Wisconsin law and toss the indefinitely confined ballots, since they did not provide any voter ID and furthermore there is no need for that loophole if you have a mail in ballot.
Milwaukee in particular is loaded with fraud, including fake Biden ballots and vote switching.
