originally, the Texas case wanted to restore power to the legislature to appoint their own electors. we still didn't know who they would select, and given the vast number of swamp creatures this could easily end in Biden winning. and if scotus said they could appoint them, there would be no grounds to dispute their chosen candidate after the fact.

BUT since scotus said harm hasn't been done, we have to wait until delegates are chosen on the 14th. by not taking the case now, they must have the power to right the wrong afterwards. Probably by disqualifying electors from fraudulent states, leaving both under 270. then it goes to one state one vote and trump wins.

this doesn't take into account the 2018 EO. I've heard we have all sorts of evidence, but of course it's classified. on a side note, Trump put JFK on this years official white house ornament. I think that says it all..

stop fucking moving the goalposts and saying 'trust the plan'. there is nothing that will help us out if biden electors get 270+ on monday. once that day passes then nothing will stop him. matt gaetz ain't gonna do jack shit in congress on 1/6. they will certify after maybe a 2 hour delay by gaetz and other blowhards who were too chickenshit to do anything before 12/14.

SCOTUS was the plan in the courts. there will be no military to help us out. the military already rejected the POTUS' insurrection act orders in june to deal with BLM/antifa. why do you retards keep shilling the military like they will come in like batman/superman and rescue us? if anything the military will do a show of force on 1/20 and 'escort' the POTUS out if he refuses to be at the 'inauguration' ceremony.
