DO NOT THINK FOR ONE SECOND that this site isn't being watched. Be responsible and allow all peaceful remedies to be exhausted before we start thinking about the next step. We shouldn't be doing anything that might undermine whatever backup options Trump might have in store. Besides, what you are talking about requires organization, planning, leadership. You can't just cook that up overnight. Let's just stay calm and see how things play out. If everything falls through, Trump is still president until January 20, 2021. Should you be preparing in real life? Absolutely! But for the love of GOD, stop talking about it so recklessly on TDW. I can't imagine it would be hard to find some examples of people "inciting violence". I'm just saying, we need to be wise, because they will be looking for reasons to shut us down ASAP.
There are issues with your argument.
If Biden becomes president, then free and fair elections or forever gone. There will literally be no incentive for either party to follow the rules.
Biden was the one that suggested using the Logan Act on Gen. Flynn, knowing that there was no justification for doing it. If they are willing to prosecute (without evidence), a former General who is aligned with the opposition, then they will have no issues prosecuting us for nothing.
You are trying to apply 'inciting violence' when you should be applying the notion that people are trying to protect the Constitution. If people are unwilling to actually fight for the Constitution, then there is no incentive for any branch of government to apply it. That is the whole point of the 2nd Amendment. It wasn't for hunting. It was to apply the fear of a civil uprising in the event of tyrannical government coming to power.
Currently we have witnessed States, ignore SCOTUS orders, usurp the Constitutional powers of other branches of government, unilaterally apply new rules to elections and prevent people from assembling, and a whole slew of other breaches within the civil contract that is the US Constitution.
I am all for waiting until the end and all avenues and methods have been exhausted BUT I will also not sit idly by if those methods fail.
