PA and Texas cases had the same issue. They both have no standing (by approximate definition of injury and process). Sidney Powell does. Another point if I may. 20-542 is the PA from October. That application is still pending before the court. The last brief was filed on 11-30. I’m worried Robert’s will continue to sit on it until the clock rolls out
