PA and Texas cases had the same issue. They both have no standing (by approximate definition of injury and process). Sidney Powell does. Wood Powell have submitted to the Supreme court. as representing the PEOPLE.... The person i trust most in DC is Ezra Cohen. Add to this the Michigan dominion findings that are being held back which Flynn supposedly has (and he is working with both Ezra and Sidney)

So where did they present this evidence before? I thought they can't show the supreme court any new evidence?
My understanding is that SCOTUS can order the lower court to hear the case. That's where the evidence would come out. It's a long road.
AFAIK, the thing about not showing new evidence is a case to case basis. For example, one particular case gets dismissed, and when you appeal that case, you can't present new evidence because the case was originally dismissed based upon the original evidence. So it's not every case. Someone could file a brand new case and use whatever evidence they want.
