SCOTUS made them show their defense in the case. Now parties with proper standing (e.g. Trump) can fill back a new case knowing exactly what they will be facing. You only needed 1 judge against to write the comments (i.e. recipe to filling a proper case) but we got 2. The 3 Trump justices had to stay silent as to not appear partisan in the case, and now the msm has no basis to call for any reclusion in any future lawsuit.

Trump is not a politician, he is a game show host who happens to be president. He has to make the normie crowd become aware of the fraud and actually start asking questions and rethink their choice in corrupt Biden. This is a long and risky process by required because when he starts his second term he can't afford 4 more years of msm interference. He needs to expose them all and red pill the whole nation, so there's the optics. This election is like a WWE match and Trump has to move the crowd to his side before crushing his opponents.

he is a game show host

I'd say he's a little more than that. How about "multibillionaire playboy businessman with massive persuasive skills - who happened to host a reality show once".

In short - Batman.

Doubtful. The problem in the past is that parties put in measures that benefit them when they have control, then get used against them when they no longer have absolute power.

Exactly what I postulated earlier tonight, but the Negative Nelly's were not reacting well to the then breaking news.

It was too early, people were enraged and not in the mood to read alternative explanations. Now it is getting better

I like to see collective the rage seeping out once in a while. Shows we're not fucking around. The assholes that rigged this election need to know that we are many and we're pissed.

There is NO FUCKING WAY that senile old fuck got 80 million votes. We know it. They know it. Everyone (even the diehard TDS folk) knows it.

He's the Trojan Horse. No way Pelosi doesn't enact 25th and put Kamala in there as soon as it's practical.

They wanted to see if they had a valid 'fault' or 'injury'

When they send their electors, they can refile.

You want judges that follow the constitution as written? Well here you go. Double edged sword.

So Texas can do this all over again in two days?

This is my question too.

Case still has merit, but lacks standing, which means they can reshuffle the deck, swap a card out, try again a different way.

Exactly. People praise the founders for the system they put in, but then they freak out because things don't get fast-tracked to SCOTUS and are immediately approved. Say they did that and there were technicalities in the suit that ended up biting them in the ass. Going through this process to iron out the issues and get it polished to perfection isn't a bad thing.

Our legal system works slowly but steadily, which is how it should be. The biggest issue people are having to deal with here is the feeling of urgency. If we had months to resolve this then I imagine the reactions to a lot of these posts would be much more calm and collected.

It's a trap to get them to show their cards.

I have this teed up for a buddy in the morning

Sorry but call it writing this down half asleep and I don’t want it not within your reason of filtering through things but you won’t see this. It might be too perfect but I think I know what's going on and for good reasons. Alito and Thomas are going to hear (the 2 with the least amount of executive branch leveragable political capital at stake) out and not make a ruling (resolve grievance) but give it to the legislators to decide with a Supreme Court hearing with no supreme courts ruling. They oddly went 2-7 for all the right reasons considering what being ruled by 9 unelected officials. Just a perfect way to close the box. America prevails! Hope!
