I believe in Trumps picks. All Trump has to do is prove one case against any of the states and they can then apply it to the other states after setting a precedent. The Texas case was a whole can of worms that could have devolved into a giant mess with far reaching implications beyond just election fraud. The smarter play is dismiss the Texas case, rule on the individual cases of plaintiff vs state that way it can be easily applied to across the board.

Except it put a nail into the coffin of all future cases of State vs State ever in the country. Denying standing in this case is practically disbanding SCOTUS forever from "In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction"
