I am willing to accept that Alito and Thomas, who are stalwart constitutionalists know what they are doing in agreeing with the no standing decision. Standing means, among other things, there needs to be direct injury. The state of TX was not directly injured, though the people were. We still have big things rolling that have been building momentum since before this case came out a week ago. Now is not the time to give up on what Trump's Team is actually doing. When those cases make the SCOTUS, there will be different standing, and merit to boot.
