Where does this information come from?

Very interesting. So you could poison an entire stack of votes, then the machine sends the images of all the ballots outside the US for 'adjudication' where some unknown entity decides the intent of the voter.

me,

It's well known, at least to me... The recent video of coffee county showing training does this. The trainer says she is looking for a mistake or unmarked ballot as the reason its kicked out...its kicked out everytime because one is upside down...

Thanks for the video link. It was a great demonstration of a voting system designed to make fraud super-easy.

It keeps track of which ballots have been adjudicated, but it doesn't record the credentials of who adjudicated it? That is insane.

Designed with fraud in mind.

But - I didn't see anything about one ballot being upside down sending the whole batch into adjudication.

It is obvious... I haven't seen anyone else say it, Hence I made a post just to say it.

one upside down kicks whole batch---- its in that video- she runs the stack many times- says its cause of a bubble not filled or miss marked or...but its obvious that one upside down will cause batch to be kicked...
