To be fair the flip-flopping here is unreal. It was Powell and Wood for weeks, then the Texas case got filed and it was "Powell and Wood sucks" for a week, so now it's back to "Powell is where it's at"?
But yeah, whatever Texas is supposed to be, there are no excuses for Powell’s not to go through now. She’s got standing, which is the only thing keeping the Texas suit out..... Trump’s Justices can no longer be said to be partisan in his favour, either..... Whether my hunch is right or not, we’re no worse off than we were before Texas.
Haha, yeah..... Those lockdowns have us all on edge, I’m sure. But stay calm is all I can say. Panicking does no one favours.
