Mike is overreacting on this issue. SCOTUS never said Trump can't file the same suit again. Rather they said it was too early as the electors had not voted yet. Once the electors vote, and those votes are based on rigged elections, then the case can be heard. SCOTUS dismissing this case also helps them appear impartial. The dems will cheer and let their guard down. Meanwhile the dems worst fears are still on the table as far as Trump's 2nd term is concerned. Hold the line.
