Enough red states should join the National Popular Vote Compact to give it the legal force. After that they could just manufacture the needed amount of votes to always win the popular vote and the elections.
As per the SCOTUS ruling other states wouldn't be able to stop this :D They didn't even care that there were more votes than residents in some counties so I don't see why it would be different regarding states.
Now obviously we know the blue states are already manufacturing the votes so it might get quite competitive and there probably would be billions of votes, but at least this way republicans would have a chance to win (even after a Biden admin).

Local courts could still overturn the fraud. Given that conservative judges have slightly more integrity this would put the right at a disadvantage. You sign the popular vote act when the tables start to turn.
True... but maybe it could work in some really deep red state that hasn't been tried yet.
Fuck the popular vote. Remove voting privileges, one way or another, from people who should have never been given the privileges in the first place.
Yes, the idea of popular vote is bad. But considering the signs we are already seeing I just don't see how the people can compete vs. big tech and MSM in the future without doing something ridiculous like this :/
