I think so. He needs to start with the outcome: votes switched/flipped from Trump to Biden in Georgia and Pennsylvania and additional votes given to Biden (e.g. third party), and then briefly explain the logic.

The algo is simple. Reverse engineering is hard.
The algorithm calculates the number of ballots it needs to win. Say 200k out of the next 300k votes.
It then occupies a few precincts, not all.
It then calculates a wheel number (basically just an average)
If you need 200 out of 300, then if one precinct reports 201 out of 300, then another has to report 199 out of 300, so that the average is maintained.
It then calculates ratios for the occupied precincts that the precincts need to report.
Once a set of precincts have used this ratio, the ratio is transfered to other occupied precincts. And so on.
The wheel number makes it so that you get the desired result but you can make it seem like naturally occuring numbers because not every precinct is reporting 200 out of 300 votes.
If you are working with the ratio of total votes (and not new votes in the update) to describe the algorithm you also need to figure out when the algo kicks in and what is the state of the precinct when it kicks in. This is missing from his analysis.

This is much stronger evidence and actually proof than all statistical evidence we have seen with probability of fraud etc. Here you can actually see the fraudulent algorithm in action taking over precincts after precincts and flipping/switching votes to Biden for a certain time period, then moving on to the next set of precincts stealing votes, then to the next set of precincts until they have stolen enough votes for Biden to win. This has nothing to do with statistics actually.
And they don’t steal or switch votes in most of the precincts, they only touch about 20-30% of the precincts and there on a very significant scale.

Edward Solomon just showed in the current live stream that 149,990 votes where stolen from Trump and switched to Biden!!!!
For those who don't want to sit through hours of video. Here's a summary:
He looks through the reported voting data and found some weird numbers. Like one batch had 23k votes for biden and 6 for Trump. Impossible.
He theorised that the Dominion machines were manipulating vote numbers, an had an idea how the algorithm would do that using a 'balanced wheel'.
He then looks for a 'wheel number' in the data. Basically, every reported vote ratio for Trump/Biden needs to be divisible by the wheel number.
He found a wheel number, an calculated the odds of this occurring naturally, as 1 in a 78 quintillion.
All of the weird voting data is consistent with his Theory, an he's pretty much figured out how it works.
Same thing happened in Georgia and now Pennsylvania. He's going to do Wisconsin and Michigan next.

But the fucked up SCOTUS don't accept new evidence which has not been examined by the lower court. They got us good.
