Ok so first off SCOTUS rejected the case based on standing. They didn't reject it based on anything related to fraud. SCOTUS rejected it because they felt TX was not directly injured. Look at their statement.
SCOTUS having now ruled (seemingly against Trump) on a very public lawsuit will now appear unbiased for future lawsuits. Trump still has several lawsuits cooking in the state courts.
My theory is that Trump and Ted knew this and the TX lawsuit was created as a decoy. By using this suit they generated massive public awareness regarding the fraud while at the same time gave the supreme court the opportunity to appear impartial.
Trump is a directly injured party. When one of his cases reaches the SC it will be a different story. Remember it was Bush v Gore. Not Bush v Florida.
If you want to take this theory a bit further check out u/bubble_bursts thread on SC coded message to Trump. https://thedonald.win/p/11R4NrCjKP/scotus-ruling-is-an-encoded-mess/
Stay strong patriots.
Every American citizen, and every state that has to accept Biden as President, is directly injured by fradulent elections.
Is this why they made a statement saying they should succeed? Thats not what I would say if I was expecting a no.
If i remember right, this isnt the first time Texas has proposed that, and California tried to get that going after Trump was elected
Man...... It's like people are wishing in one hand and shitting in the other and then trying to convince everyone of a situation where the hand you are wishing in is filling up faster than the one covered with shit.
This is how the process works. You're right that it's an uphill battle and it should be for the sake of the republic.
It's a process of exacting standards and gamesmanship. This isn't a straightforward fight and most of us here barely know what any of this means.
Look to 2000 and see the losses and manner in which Bush v. Gore proceeded.
It looked hopeless then too.
It's not hopeless to Win. The system then compared to now has no comparison. The system has been corrupted and decayed mortally so and systemically so compared to then.
I don't think we've seen exactly that. The system is corrupt but I'm still not sure it's the whole system entirely.
Otherwise, it would be hopeless
Not hopeless but it is going to need to be rebuilt or it is certain to collapse.
Yes, we are at a crossroads
Exactly, it's my understanding this was a great hail Mary and a show of legal force, right?
Shouldn't we be happier that we've got half the country behind us?
Always look on the bright side of life.
Do Doo. Do Doo do doo do doo.
Good grief, I agree. This isn’t 9D chess. Sick of the “diversion!” and “distraction!” calls.
We are seeing open revolution and disregard for our Constotution. Full stop. Trumps legal teams wouldn’t waste time and resources on distractions and diversions. We only had, what, 60 something days to get the fraud overturned?? We literally had/have zero time to waste on bullshit.
Actually, the injured parties are the legislatures of MI, WI,PA and GA They each need to send the Texas suit with their names on it. The problem, I imagine is that they would need to hold a vote to progress the suit against its own executive.
SCOTUS===Supreme Cunts Of the United States
change my mind
“This claim of being able to change your mind is DISPOOTED!!!”
Fuck SCOTUS’ feelings
The fact is that a number of states conspiring to illegally elect a President hurts the states who followed the law
Ted's a smart legal consiglieri.
Oh spare me with the losing is winning. We sound like the other side now.
What about other women ;)
“Oh she gets more experience!”

These aren’t the droids you’re looking for.
"SCOTUS" didn't reject the case. 7 justices explicitly or effectively did. So you're telling us you side with them over Alito and Thomas. That's DUMB.
very wishful thinking
however, there is nothing good about this decision
Everything is not a conspiracy.
That's not an argument.
