Admittedly I have trouble seeing how they have standing if half the country's states do not, but whatever. Keep the pressure and spotlight on SCOTUS until they do the right thing.

They have standing because they were filed by POTUS. It was questionable if Texas had legal standing, but there is no question that POTUS has legal standing.
