I don't think they will settle the market without 100% confidence of who is going to be sworn in Jan 20. $2.8 billion matched on this market , gonna be a lot of angry punters if they get it wrong
Truth... But if you look at the "Rules" they are in fact settling the market based on "Projected Electoral College Votes" which they say has a deadline of 14 December which is Monday. They are very unclear about this and when I ask in the chat, they aren't able to answer this question.
