I don't think they will settle the market without 100% confidence of who is going to be sworn in Jan 20. $2.8 billion matched on this market , gonna be a lot of angry punters if they get it wrong
They do in fact say this though: (Updated 27.11) Settlement of remaining US Presidential Election related markets will not be completed until the result is beyond doubt and this may take some time. You can follow updates here
