It's possible that the SCOTUS wants to remedy the fraud so rejected Texas since they don't trust the legislatures to do the right thing. The electoral college also hasn't voted yet so they can't be certain that those state legislatures won't send electors to contest the SOS/GOV until it happens.
The most annoying part is we never even had a chance at "Jury" box. All we've had are judges. Nothing has every been presented to any kind of jury of average American peers.
Then at the end we have been putting our faith in 9 judges, 4 of witch we know wouldn't help us. The fate of our country shouldn't hang on 9 people doing the right thing.
