This nullifies all of the states seeking to use the "popular vote". They can't use votes that they don't have standing to review. It prevents the popular vote from ever becoming an official tally with legal meaning.

Unfortunately the damage is done. The only thing holding this place together is that most people have not come to the same conclusions we autistic weirdos have. Bottom line, if the legitimacy of the electoral process comes under question, the legitimacy of the people making laws is also in question. If the legitimacy of the people making the laws is in question, the laws that Congress inevitably shits out are also illegitimate. How long has it been going on? How many shitty laws have been put in place under the guise of a legitimately elected legislature?

Nah, I will abide by the constitution and it’s amendments. And the old John Wayne adage, I won’t be wronged I won’t be insulted and I won’t be laid a hand on. Anything else in my opinion is a usurpation and will be ignored
