What I think we have to remember is that Trump did appoint those three justices.
I find it hard to believe that all three of his appointments would betray the country especially after what the democrats put them through. There are other cases which do have standing, which have to reach the supreme court in each of the battleground states.
Also, there is some reason why Trump's executive order requiring that the election be certified free from foreign interference happens after the meeting of the electoral college.
Maybe to prove in a court of law that “harm” has actually been done at that point.
Maybe the reasoning is “Sure PA and co. unconstitutionally changed their election rules, but no harm has actually been done in the official election results until their state legislatures actually use those unconstitutionally changed election rules to appoint Electors.”
Maybe up until that point it’s mostly a question of whether or not the state legislatures will follow and act on any unconstitutionally changed election rules.

What I think we have to remember is that Trump did appoint those three justices.
I find it hard to believe that all three of his appointments would betray the country especially after what the democrats put them through. There are other cases which do have standing, which have to reach the supreme court in each of the battleground states.
Also, there is some reason why Trump's executive order requiring that the election be certified free from foreign interference happens after the meeting of the electoral college.
I was thinking about that date as well. There has to be significance as to why it is after that date and not before.
