I find it hard to believe that all three of his appointments would betray the country especially after what the democrats put them through. There are other cases which do have standing, which have to reach the supreme court in each of the battleground states.
Also, there is some reason why Trump's executive order requiring that the election be certified free from foreign interference happens after the meeting of the electoral college.
Agreed. Part of this is technically the election hasn't been settled. So the crime hasn't been committed. But dec 14th is when the electors officially elect the new president and after that date its official. Then its just waiting until Jan 20th. After the electors elect the false president, Trump may have cause to re submit the case to the Supreme Court, as well as declassification of everything.
