Just a thought. Maybe instead of a centralized state level case on this. Maybe if every affected person Sues there local level. We have good lawyers create templates and processes that individuals can follow to have their cases heard independently. Then they roll up. Kinda like the way TheDonald works now decentralised electePedes.

Yeah, but they wont be original actions in SCOTUS.They will have to go up via appeals, and they cant introduce new evidence. There are already multiple cases that are headed up that way
