I think it would really help people to know about the things that President Lincoln did in 1861. He declared martial law, suspended habeas corpus, used the military to arrest over 15,000 civilians, closed over 300 newspapers to prevent the spread of propaganda, and sent out an arrest warrant for the chief justice of the supreme court.
You may be wondering why that is relevant? The 2020 election was a cyber warfare attack on critical U.S. infrastructure (our election systems) by foreign powers in an attempt to overthrow our government using election fraud. Groups inside the U.S. helped conduct that attack, which makes it an insurrection.
This gives President Trump the authority to invoke the Insurrection Act, which has been strengthened by his 2018 EO and state of emergency specifically dealing with U.S. election systems. I think they are waiting for the DNI's report about the attack which is due no later than Dec. 18th. I expect the President to invoke the Insurrection Act at that time, if he has not already done so by then.
The leftists will not go quietly. They plan to stir up as much rioting and civil unrest as they can manage, but the military is prepared for that (FBO's already established in various parts of the country to put down the riots).
The various court cases are not that important when you understand the bigger picture.
