In that case the SC will intervene, they seem to only act to stop POTUS.

SCOTUS cannot magically intervene, as we have seen there is a complicated process to get to the Supreme Court and it’s hard to see how anyone could be injured by an audit of the votes... what would the standing be?

I guess I should have put the /s.

In theory what you say is reasonable, but in reality the courts seem to be compromised. Ex. All the endless lawsuits brought by the Hawaii court the last 4 yrs regarding every single step POTUS take to help the Country.
