Since no one is reading the follow up tweet, it's obvs that Ron is of the same mindset as me. They're not going for a complete blackout of ALL comms ... they're going to go full censorship and silencing for anyone who steps outside the narrative.

The problem with communications after blackout is, the government ALWAYS has the means to find/stop your alternate means of communications if they want to. And believe me, THEY WANT TO.
Write notes and have secret drop boxes that change frequently?
Write a few new alphabets and write notes? ( This would work well with option A )
Ham radio can be listened in on easily and has ways of tracking you. CB radio can be listened in on, though you have the ability to move around due to it being in your truck/car.
Communication will be tricky to say the least. Gonna have to be super creative. Digital means will probably be a no go.
I don't think it's going to be much of an issue. People have asked me if there will be an internet blackout... I say hell no. Why would they kill their mockingbird media? They'd lose all control. It's going to be over the top censorship imho
