People don't decide reasonably, specially in decision that's are in gray area.
I'm not sad b/c we lost Tx case, it came out of nowhere and we've lots of other cases.
But I fear that's a show of intention, and we will only have 2 on our side from the 5 we were hoping for.
PA case by MK & SP was spot on, even the lower case decided for him and PASC dodged it but SCOTUS also chose to dodge rather than take the case and that's the fear.
If on merits we've slam dunk cases in PA, WI & GA that would be enough but... No courage
