🤦♂️ Did the other states in question violate their constitutions? The answer is yes. By doing so, they've already harmed other states that do follow their constitution. Otherwise, Texas can just declare they can send 1000 electors to vote because they say so under a pandemic emergency. Either states have to follow the law or they don't. What am I missing???
By violating their own constitutions, they have shown the intent and preparation to harm the other states. But apparently the point here (and in the SC) is ...there has been no actual legal "harm" just yet until they take that intent and ** follow through ** on participating in the electoral college process. Right now it's only a conspiracy to cause future harm. A lawsuit needs more standing than that.

They violated their constitution but it hasn't harmed anyone yet because they can still go back and rectify their violation. UNTIL they certify they can still repent.
But isn't that the point of the lawsuit? That these states need to rectify their fraud? If we wait, they certify and then we file again will the court simply shrug and say "too late, we can't overturn the election at this point in time"? Not dooming, just frustrated and trying to understand the legal process.
The lawsuit said they broke their side of the contract (constitution is contract between states that lays out the rules on how they elect the president). TECHNICALLY those states haven't broken the contract until they certified their fraudulent votes.
EVERY election in the history of the world has fraudulent votes. This is different because they changed the "rules" improperly. The states still have time to fix it if they can. That's what Jenna Ellis is trying to get GOP legislatures to do in their states.
This is why Trump keeps telling Kemp to do the right thing. He doesn't want to have to bring him down. He is calling Kemp to repentance.

They haven't been fully certified by the governors until Monday. They still have two days that they can repent. Joe Biden is not President-Elect yet. Injury has not occurred yet because of this. Once Joe Biden is officially certified (monday) as president-elect you will see court filings turn around.

Yeah people need to chill. The Supreme Court plays 4D chess to the future of this country too. We don't want them to make hasty rulings that are caught up in sentiment or that are not categorically sound because it could come back to bite us in 50 years.
