There is forensic evidence in Michigan and Georgia of fraud that has not been released to the public yet. It’s still somewhat early in the game which is why the Texas case was not accepted at SCOTUS. The Texas case was unexpected but has been a strong blow to morale. The vote has not been ratified so that’s why Texas doesn’t have grounds, at this time.

I really liked how he framed this video. Plus, his whole point about the legislators holds merit. Many of them didn't even know they could decide the electors and withhold vote certification until they were told during the hearings for God's sake. Then we expect them to instantly do their job when they don't even know what it was to begin with. Hard to imagine it playing out any other way with that rampant ignorance and stupidity.
