You assume this is a flaw. It’s not it’s a feature of the Uniparty Establishment
Not entirely. But the legislators who have expressed support for the legal challenges and even recalling electors can probably be persuaded to change the election laws. There is nothing else you can really do. Don't expect court to clean up this mess.
