My fellow countrymen

We have entered a period in our history where the stakes have never been higher for our republic. The republic that has given us our freedoms that we so dearly enjoy and love. The freedoms that allow you tell the government how you truly feel without repercussions of said government. I believe that there is no single government in this world that can hold a candle to the republic, not a one. Given what i have said, with those freedoms comes a great responsibility not just for those who dwell within the hallowed halls of the beautiful and majestic US capital, the supreme court building, and/or the people’s house where i beloved commander sits. No, even the mere citizens of our nation has a responsibility, a role to play in guaranteeing those freedoms for each and everyone of us. Who are we to rely on when all else fails, but ourselves. I ask you a simple question. What is a country without it’s people? Who truly has the power in these trying times? Oh yes, it is simple to lay back down and say ‘that’s it, it’s over!’, but i tell you this now, that will only lead to nightmares and fitful rests asking yourself ‘why didn’t i do more?!’. No, i say, no. The founding fathers left it to it’s people of the republic to be the last line of defense to protect that which gives us our very freedoms and the ability to pursue happiness and prosperity unlike any other country on God’s majestic earth. They deemed us, and assuredly i tell you they are with us, the benefactors and rightful last line of defense against an out of control government. We are these United States, the government is not. the people are the country, not the land in which is labelled on maps. I will not lie, we are in a dark winter, trudging through knee high snow and not knowing where this will go or what will come of our struggles. Know this though, we must struggle on, we must march on to secure the future of the United States of America. This is our battle of Trenton. The men marched through snow with no boots or socks, leaving behind a line of red in the snow from where their feet bled as they pulled the cannons with them. A battle that was pivotal in creating this great nation. I’m not asking for war, for peace, for anything from you then just simply this.

Do not lose hope. There is a spring to every winter. Please, keep marching at all costs for this beloved nation.

Great sentiment.

Please try to break up your post. Huge bricks of Information are daunting for skimmers such Pedes.

Two spaces (2-CR) at each paragraph or long sentence will smooth the appearance and INCREASE the readership, thus the understanding.

Just a frenly suggestion.
