I think I understand the rationale SCOTUS set forth in their decision. Someone wrote an analogy that if California wants to sue Texas over gun control, SCOTUS is not the place to take it. I can see that. Back at the turn of the last century, the militia of both Michigan and Ohio battled on their streets. The President stepped in, not SCOTUS to quell the fighting. That's the way Michigan got the UP and Ohio got Toledo. (Fair trade?)
However, when a state's legislative body, working together with the governor and state election officials collude to overthrow the will of the people and impose their own, that's tyranny. Two states can't work that out out. The culprits can't reverse course because they are guilty of using it. I believe the entire political process on both sides of the aisle are guilty of corruption and won't back up the illegality of the election even though it is very clear in many cases. Look at the states that had fraudulent activities occur yet the Republican led legislators of those states have certified their voting. Either the Republican party is lock stepping away from the will of the people and following an uberliberal Democratic platform or they are covering up and throwing their lot in with Biden. Either way, it is against the will of the people.
For the sake of the fabric that weaves between all the states, SCOTUS SHOULD be there for this sort of issue. How else to resolve the matter....unless Trump executes his E.O. for foreign interference in the election and all hell breaks loose. You do know that if he concedes, he's going to get demolished by the left over the next couple of years. His family too. He's got nothing to lose. Neither does this country. This a long time coming, mounting coordinated attack by the left. Now is the time in our generation to step up.
