Going to talk about the elephant in the room

The SCOTUS ruling that Texas doesn't have standing, when the Constitution at its bedrock is a contract between the union compact of states, is saying that there is no recourse for redress of grievance to the states if other states conspire together to violate the constitution (which is an absolute, indisputable fact that those named defendant states did violate the constitution in the conducting of their elections).

Texas, and the states that joined with them, had the grievance that the contract has been violated - SCOTUS is supposed to be the arbiter between the states. There never has been a case of a plaintiff having more standing before SCOTUS than this one. But SCOTUS blew them off and there is no where else for a state (or states) to go in the legal system.

This is abject tyranny - no process permitted for redress of grievances to the primary parties to a contract.

This is equivalent to if you on a personal level were in a contract with other parties and said other parties began to violate the terms of the contract, yet no court would permit your complaint to be heard for potential redress of grievances. You uphold the contract, others act in bad faith and do not uphold the terms of the contract. Yet no court will allow you to make a case. That would be a situation of tyranny - no avenue permitted for redress of grievances.

The SCOTUS dismissal said to the states that there is no place for them to seek redress of grievances on matters of the contract between the union compact of states.

The system of the courts has been exhausted.

The existing system is irredeemably corrupt and tyrannical.

The SCOTUS dismissal of Texas and the other states joined with Texas made it crystal clear that this is in fact a faux "republic".

Corrupt states can disregard the Constitution all they want and SCOTUS will do them the courtesy of looking the other way.

Secession has never been more justified than it is today.

Texas preserved that right when they entered the union compact. They should now exercise it and extend an invitation to all the other states that aligned with their filing to join them; and then extend an invitation to annex adjacent red counties from the blue states - encourage them to exercise their human right of self-determination and plebiscite to join with the one and only free republic.

Frankly, secession has become the best option to try and resist the abject tyranny that we are under.

The red states, the red counties in the blue states - that is where all the things are produced that the blue state urban areas require for daily sustenance. The power is with the red states and all those red counties in blue states. They need merely band together and start exercising that power.

The alternative is to say hello to the new CCP masters in Beijing.

Trump recently tweeted, "We have just begun to fight." Do these lame brained losers think he made his billions by being someone who can just be walked on? All of them are sadly mistaken. I am with Trump for four more years. Do you really think he is going to allow America to kiss China's butt for eternity? God bless our President.

Texas and all those other red states starting a secessionist action right now would actually help Trump in this battle

Would bring into stark relief that Beijing Biden is an illegitimate and nonviable president, and that SCOTUS is completely to blame for causing the necessity of secession in order to get out from under abject tyranny (the case my OP outlined)

This would go toward assisting Trump impress the necessity of the the military tribunals - the current system, exemplified by the dismissal action by SCOTUS of the Texas grievances - illustrate that the republic is completely corrupt and broken from top to bottom. And his remedy is the only viable remedy.

A serious secessionist action will put that much more pressure on the enemy - that they are inherently evil and illegitimate (and, of course, treasonous per their CCP alliance)

you probably didn't read the OP very closely

the last paragraph points out the high level strategy of this approach (secession)

The red states and red counties actually have the power in this country - it is in those areas that all the food and energy that the blue state cities consume are produced.

If the red states (and annexed red counties in blue states) band together as a political force - and the only pragmatic way to do that is as a separate political entity where they call their own shots and don't pay any heed to DC, i.e., a separate autonomous republic, then they will ultimately wield control over those blue cities because those blue cities will be at their mercy.

And that is how they are bought to capitulate. Now it may turn out in the end that there is a new federal capitol located in one of these red states, but then, what would be wrong with giving DC the shove?

yup. people LARPing about this being a plan to appear bipartisan is bullshit. There's clear constitutional standing here for Texas and all states.

Everyone else can go to hell, I'll go to Texas.

We will still win. Texas direct suit was a win bc it brought clear support into the open. Not saying that the end game won’t end up dirty by necessity, but not yet

there is no harm if Texas and the other red states to start the movement toward secession

it puts pressure on the enemy by bringing into stark relief how Beijing Biden's illegitimacy is a nonviable presidency

And it cast the blame entirely onto SCOTUS as the cause of this rupture - where the blame needs to be put. Those that won't stand up for the constitution need to be pointed out for the culprits that they are.

Pres. Trump could use the secessionist movement to his advantage - allow it to proceed and not interfere

if he has an ace up his sleeve to pull out and save the day, then great

but in the meantime, the people that cherish their freedom and don't want to be under NWO/CCP communism need to start acting on a plan to protect themselves

Yes. The system is corrupt. We all knew this beforehand. We just waited for the "government" to prove it unequivocally. Now we have hard proof and it's up to us to make it right. Or bend over and get fucked. Pretty clear how this is gonna go

the constitution was not even created for individuals - it was created for the states

the bill of rights and concerns about individuals was tacked on later as an after thought

really, the only entities that constitutionally have legitimate standing are states

Note that Styx uploads to bitchute and other alt-tech sites so links to there would probably be better.
