I've come to the conclusion that these hearings are only for public benefit and legal context because the judicial branch does not have jurisdiction over the legislative branch. And it's the legislative branch that is the problem here.

The reason why the judges are sitting all glassy-eyed is because there's nothing they can do...they might know something is wrong on a personal level, but you can see their brains working to fit it into a judicial context, and they cannot.

Examples of their thought process...

Q: Who committed these crime of fraud? A: We're not sure, but they did happen.

Q: Who was materially injured by these crimes? A: Well, nobody yet, but we all know something bad is coming.

Q: Weren't people's voting rights infringed? A: Technically, the legislature can pick electors however they want. If they wanted to run a sham election, the Constitition gives them the leeway to do that.

Ok, so if this is all for show, then what's the point? The point is it needs to clear and documented why military intervention is necessary.

Our process has been captured and exploited for foreign powers, and we need legal documentation of what exactly happened even if the courts themselves can do nothing about it.

Look to Dec 18.
