I know the courts are taking a lot of shit for ignoring fraud, but wouldn’t the case be much much stronger with DOJ support? If this stuff really happened, where are the arrests?
It doesn't matter if DOJ gets involved. The Courts are supposed to make rulings based on the Constitution. They've made their ruling after last night, the Constitution means nothing.
