I also said it last night, the Texas SC case was batting practice. Trump had to hear the dissenting opinions and the ruling to know how to swing next time. Texas could never be the plaintiff, only Trump
There is no 4D chess being played, just post-election day scrambling.
Biden’s team was “war gaming” all these scenarios early in 2020 and Trump just walked into it, just the same as how he walks into debates without practicing. Georgia has a GOP governor, GOP sec of state, GOP legislature, GOP courts. And yet Atlanta stuffs the ballot boxes?
WI, PA, MI, AZ — all have significant GOP government representation.
How does Trump get mugged like this with 4 years to plan, the advantage of being the incumbent and substantial GOP influence over local and state governments?
Trump is always described as a vicious “counter puncher” and I think it is true. People often interpret this as a compliment, but it is also a criticism. He does not plan for anything — he just does stuff in a knee jerk kind of way and reacts to stuff.
In 2016 he was able to win because nobody thought he’d ever win, so his opponents were asleep. The Dems, media and Trump’s GOP establishment enemies have been planning this takedown for years. What steps did Trump take to protect himself? Why wasn’t he warning about Dominion software 3 years ago? Why wasn’t he on top of the settlement agreement Raffensberger struck with Abrams early in the year? Why weren’t there people in all these cities video taping and recording everything, following all the county execs?
We only learn about all this junk after the election, mostly based on independent eyewitness reports and phone recordings.
i agree with you while the doomers seem to be the majority here you are right. it would make sense for the SC to rule against trump no so as to not look like they are playing partisan games. there are other cases which have better change of having standing anyways.
What i am wondering is what happens on monday. do the electoral votes be decided for sure or what?
I’ll admit, when I saw that SCOTUS denied Texas I got a little doomy. But after thinking about it, they basically gave a roadmap on how to have standing. And they gave that roadmap forever; they’ve also taken away an avenue for election theft. This ruling preserves the integrity of the court in the eyes of the left, it distracts from the other avenues being pursued, and in my opinion is as much a gift in defeat as it would be in victory. Such is the rule of law.
I get sick of seeing people criticizing “trust the plan”. President Trump is exponentially smarter than most of us. Pretending he doesn’t have a contingency plan for anything, let alone things that may be a distraction in the meantime, is just ignorant. So maybe don’t trust the “plan”, but absolutely trust the president. He still thinks we are going to win
"4d chess" smells like a desperate attempt to keep a positive attitude by all of us over a very dire situation that may very well result in the loss of the nation and a very bloody civil war. I really hope "4d chess" is what we're witnessing, but it doesn't seem like it to me.

This is consistent with how Trump has operated since day 1
Recall the EO the left declared a "Muslim ban" had to be redone and worked the second time.
While not 100% convinced, I agree this is a strong possibility.

EO 13848
You captured most of the things im thinking too.
And yes his win in 2016 caught these idiots off guard since they were expecing a 98% chance of Clinton winning.
Trumps brawling nature and counter punch works on a lfair evel playing field.
It does not work if the opponent studied him for years, have the referees, judges and organizers all conspire to take him down.

It's either
A) The SCOTUS meant it when they said they didn't have standing and that Trump could refile and have standing
B) The SCOTUS is politically motivated and will do anything to get out of hearing a valid case

I agree with you entirely.

why this post smells like cope...
Face it dude. We're on our own here.

Maybe. At this point I'm not going to believe it and just be pleasantly surprised if it turns out that way.

Didn't Scalia die under suspicious circumstances? Maybe she doesn't want to end up like Scalia
