He never planned to win in court, he knew it was corrupt and impossible, it’s all just theater to expose all the CCP traitors. Think about it:
- Exposing it in lower court
- Exposing media and big tech
- Exposing which states sides with the constitution and which do not (Texas lawsuit).
- Exposes who can be trusted within SCOTUS and GOP (Barr & McConnell obviously not)
- Exposing this to the American people.
He has been planning military action all this time. Changes in Pentagon, trying to bring home troops, putting carriers on our coast borders so outside forces can’t assist the coming communist uprising when the EO gets engaged, trying to get rid of 230 because of national security issues (why try this if your leaving anyway) which also exposes which senators he can trust (who voted for NDAA and who did not). Also Pence has been awfully quiet, why? What is he up to?

Exactly. I think the court is a diversion and a optics game to get the people on his side when the military intervention happens.
Also the position of our military is interesting and it’s in a defensive position. Guarding our coast and also Taiwan.
Almost like the military is preparing insurrection at home and when they do they’re vulnerable to outside forces who will take advantage of our domestic struggles. Just imagine how easy of a target Taiwan could be for the CCP.

These are good points and could be possible. I don't think getting rid of 230 is the right idea. Maybe enforce punishments of the companies that abuse 230. Getting rid of it might make the problem worse.
These theories are a hell of a lot more plausible than "Oh noooo, we're losing court cases REEEE!"
