This was an interesting watch. The Chief Justice and two others were clearly on the side of the law (Trump’s side), and two were radical rabid leftists. One was not present but she was endorsed by Trump (not sure it matters). The wild card is the guy, Hagedorn. He was recently praised by a leftist magazine for, while being conservative, forcefully opposed a previous Trump remedy as extreme. But on today’s call he seemed genuinely interested in getting this case right.
I think this one will be 4-3, just not sure in which direction.
