Yes and from the earlier Ramsland affidavit "In any event, there were 289,866 more ballots processed in the time available for processing in four precincts/townships, than there was capacity."
Having counting/adjudication outsourced offshore and put back into the MI system would explain how those beyond capacity counts came to be. Time will tell.
I think your correct there. Did you see the interview that Ramsland did with Todd Wood (CD Media). It was one of the first I saw about the whole dominion issue and is a very good background piece. About an hour long I think but worth it.

Yes, I saw that video early on and pointed it out to my legislators multiple times. Cannot say what came of that effort if anything. I agree, that particular video is an excellent backgrounder as it shows what has previously been caught, and now here we are again.
