I know for some of you this isn't a big decision, but for me it really is. A history of everything from the last decade is going to be gone. I have to literally start over from scratch. Sorry, really I'm not trying to be dramatic, I just don't know what to do.

I would like to have some help figuring out what communities to join. I plan on leaving youtube behind this week but I need to know where I can find the content I like.

Where can i find my tech/science content? Farming/poultry content? Gaming industry news? Finance? 3d printing content? Literature content? Anime news?

Where are my frens getting their content from now without youtube/twitter/facebook?

I was never on Twitter. I didn't delete my Facebook account but I took the app off my phone so now I have to be at my home computer to check it. It's really keeps me from being on there all the time and when I do get on I am more likely to check my true friends instead of arguing with people. Also I have been doing my "self care" projects and reading more books.

Bitchute has been the main go to for a lot of channels with political content. You'll find other stuff there too.

I've yet to check out Rumble but that is also another option going around.

I'm in the same boat. Can't give up youtube yet because of the cnc videos/tutorials I need.

Congratulations! You are free at last! I deleted my fakebook account years ago, and just got perma-banned from twatter about a month ago. I wasted so much time on those two loser platforms I didn't notice real platforms such as: parler, gab, tooter, bitchut, TDW, clouthub, dlive, odysee ans more. They did you a favour.

I get mine directly from websites. All my farming/recipe/crafting etc stuff on facebook comes from the websites themselves. So start with that. I stopped getting that kind of content direct from facebook last year in prep for shutting down my account, which will happen in the new year.

Make new friends on Parler too. I am sure there are some people who are there for your interests that can direct you to cool stuff.

I did this post a few days ago: https://thedonald.win/p/11QlYVYyzU/alternative-media/

I've been losing a lot of media entertainment over the years. Movies, TV shows, comedy, etc. dwindled because so many want to be WOKE.

Figure out your hobbies and use alternative search engines to find new sources for them is my suggestion.

I do agree, it's not easy. But, difficult, is better than the alternative.
