Because they are constitutionalists. They won't take the first case that has potential. They've told us the reason they didn't take the case was a lack of standing, not merit. Doesn't mean we sit back and "trust the plan" but we stay focused. IMO we need to stop with the finger pointing with the judges. They know more than we do.

All 3 not taking his side on first case gives them all more credibility going forward, and there will be plenty more cases coming.
This for the love of God. The notion that they shot down this case so they'll shoot down every other is jumping the gun. We should be saving our guns for the possibility of warfare if THOSE fail. So stop jumping them.
