Because they are constitutionalists. They won't take the first case that has potential. They've told us the reason they didn't take the case was a lack of standing, not merit. Doesn't mean we sit back and "trust the plan" but we stay focused. IMO we need to stop with the finger pointing with the judges. They know more than we do.
