Yeah in an ideal world. But there is this little thing called burden of proof. Even if you prove fraud on some level, you have to prove it was enough to change the results. AND when you accomplish that as has been done... you have to break through the fake news. Remember the Biden laptop? Politicians take their queue from MSM and thats the problem.
