Because he fell like lightning from the sky when he was cast out of heaven. Alternatively, it is because he was the most beautiful of all angels, and angels are described and depicted as luminous beings; possessing an inner light. Satan being the most high among angels, he would also be the brightest.

Imagine being so powerful, and so loved, but still being so envious of God that you would plot against him. Even taken as a parable, it reminds us so much of the powerful people around us right now, that lie, cheat, and steal get yet more power.

Great question. More answers and some sources here:

It's like that but even worse, a tattoo can be covered or you could cut the skin off (yeah grouse I know). but the digital tattoo is actual Nano tech that is injected into your blood stream there is no way to dig that out.

No. The "mark" is being an unbeliever in Jesus Christ.

I would say the mark is accepting the false savior (the state) over Christ. I believe this to be the mark of the beast. You may neither buy nor sell without it (we shall see how that gets implemented but that is what they desire) and this is not even a vaccine. It is genetic engineering for a weak virus.

No. The mark of the beast is sin. Voddie Baucham did an outstanding sermon series on revelation. Check it out. I learned a ton. Everything modern day evangelicals believe about "the end times " has only been around since the early 1900s
