Hear me out on this, pede. If they ruled that the case had no standing and still heard the case that would have made them look partisan. I can't speak for anyone else but that's the last thing I want from SCOTUS: fingers pressing on the scale, even for our side. At least this way we KNOW they're completely neutral. That's all we want from them: complete fairness, because in a fair system we win outright.
I repeat: in a fair system WE WIN OUTRIGHT. Let's reserve judgment of them until Trump's team sends a case that HAS standing and gets rejected...then we'll know who the oathbreakers are.
