Nothing would be more epic than Trump pulling a George Washington crossing the Delaware and rolling these Commie fucks up on Christmas morning while they are all gathered together with their families flaunting their own Covid rules as usual.

That would be the best Christmas Present ever. A gift to the nation.

Everything points to Christmas Eve. I recommend x22 as an additional community. It has a paywall, but worth it. Even if he goes down, he'll find a way back up.

I fully expect TDW to be barraged from all sides when stuff starts to go down. We should not expect to be able to communicate here.

He is saying register for communications sites not under control of Big Tech, but are there even any that exist? Aside from this site I really have no idea.

atticdweller 31 points ago +31 / -0

I guess TheDonald, Parler, Gab and so forth... I have no clue how deep or how bad the blackout will be (especially if web infrastructure is involved). Probably would be a good idea for a post to be made for alternative means of communications to be made and stickied.

17
Doctor_Strangelove 17 points ago +17 / -0

Absolutely. Things will get hectic. Mods need to be preparing for this now

14
TentePede 14 points ago +14 / -0

If the military breaks the backbone and jams to shut down big tech then it is unlikely we will be able to communicate, they know where the lines are and a backhoe can easily rip it. Also power grid and generator disruption is very possible. They will cut off the head of the snake if the shtf. Disrupt enough of the infrastructure and everything will bog to a halt.

11
Smug_zebra 11 points ago +11 / -0

Rumble is a promising YouTube alternative. Lots of right leaning voices, growing quickly. TD.win is all I need for "social media" and they have shown they aren't going to be taking down.

2
jeffreyepstein 2 points ago +2 / -0

Rumble’s TOS is arguably worse than YouTube’s regarding privacy and ownership of content.

1
Smug_zebra 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, but do they ban people for violating secret rules not in their TOS? We need a platform that doesn't ban people for holding a different opinion.

1
jeffreyepstein 1 point ago +1 / -0

From what I’ve read, they have the same type of clauses that allow them to remove any video at any time for any reason. They currently just ‘say’ they won’t remove videos, my platform, netwrks, has checks and balances built in that guarantees this cannot happen.

10
Jimmy_Russler 10 points ago +10 / -0

Be familiar with alternatives, even unconventional ones

For example some Dlive chatrooms are active 24/7 such as https://dlive.tv/TheSaltyCracker

5
atticdweller 5 points ago +5 / -0

I thought the Chinese owned Dlive.

2
Jimmy_Russler 2 points ago +2 / -0

Hey if they're not censoring my ass they're better than "our own" big tech

5
VA-Pede 5 points ago +5 / -0

A buddy of mine has a Teamspeak server I connect to via direct IP.

I am considering putting up a Mumble server as a back up.

23
PilgrimFarAway 23 points ago +23 / -0

There are a few. X22Report.com is a really good place. I'm happy there. I did pay for the subscription. I don't know if that is necessary in order to have access to the chat. Note - this is not a community forum, but chat tied to video content. It will serve the purpose, however, of staying connected when stuff starts to go down.

11
NinjaPede 11 points ago +11 / -0

Is it really worth it? This guy seems to repeat himself, and seems cultish.

9
PilgrimFarAway 9 points ago +9 / -0

That is a good point. I like the discussion boards on his site. His content is useful as background when I'm at the gym, but you're right - it's quite repetitive.

6
NinjaPede 6 points ago +6 / -0

It’s fun to listen to I suppose, but I wish his ad reads weren’t so fucking long.

4
chlofefe 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's all about the central bankers. Which is relevant, but since it's a daily podcast I figured it would be more about reporting daily news from that perspective rather than just repeating over and over about how the central bankers are mad at Trump.

I could be mischaracterizing it, though, as I've only listened to a few episodes.

3
AppalachianTactical 3 points ago +3 / -0

Is discord censored? Ive never used it but u have friends that make and use them.

5
ProfessorRomendev 5 points ago +5 / -0

It is censored, but if you post furry-child porn then the mods will leave you alone.

2
AppalachianTactical 2 points ago +3 / -1

Hmm, obviously not the CP part, but wouldnt it be wild if we organized and communicated behind enemy lines in an obscure furry forum where no one noticed us and planned the revolution inside a liberal progressive website.

Hell if we organized in a black trans hormone chat it would probably be illegal to censor us/uz.

15
CigarTsar 15 points ago +15 / -0

Internet relay chat (irc) for server based group texting and mumble, ventrilo and teamspeak for voice comm. Im sure discord will be banned

11
Rumblebee 11 points ago +11 / -0

Discord is a data mining operation. Jason Citron did the same thing with Aura Feint. Now a blind eye is turned. Presumably because this is a post-gamer gate world now

4
AppalachianTactical 4 points ago +4 / -0

Does that really matter if we are succesfully using it for an emergency communique? Arent most if not all data mining?

RETURN TO TRADITION

12
kraken_pede 12 points ago +12 / -0

Even a lot of the "independent" ones are likely hosted by big providers, like AWS, or rackspace. You really need to have your own servers to be safe. I'm not sure how many of them do.

1
jeffreyepstein 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is the point. Anyone thats running a mobile app or on someone else’s servers are exposed and potentially vulnerable to being taken down

Netwrks is not. We’re 100% free from the reach of big tech.

https://netwrks.io/beta

25
Artisane 25 points ago +25 / -0

The 24th is now a Federal holiday. Banks closed, Federal offices empty, everyone home for the most part.

I wouldn't be surprised in the least if this was the execution day, provided he chooses to act.

26
PilgrimFarAway 26 points ago +26 / -0

Not just chooses to act, but succeeds to prepare. People really do underestimate the enormity of the concept of "acting." If President Trump is preparing to act, which it really look like he is, that is a massive operation. To think that he needs nearly 100% loyalty in what would be an ever expanding circle of confidants makes the mission all the more challenging.

This is a war. Both sides are fighting to win. I like our chances.

This would be one of the most effective ways to disrupt the civilian life. Especially after wuflu alot of people are working from home and get all news from internet.

Shit that’s how a lot of people communicate with others. TDW, Facebook, twotter, iMessage, Skype, etc.

How many people actually remember phone numbers anymore??

I remember the good ol days before these damn “smart” phones!

If I were going to invade a country, in Minecraft, first thing I’d go after is communications. Throw them into disarray

2
fat50 2 points ago +2 / -0

When I originally saw that post 2 years ago, I just assumed Trump would shut down the media for ten days and take over the Emergency Broadcast System - since these assholes can't be trusted to tell the truth.

Of course, back then, I thought this would be about human trafficking, not a stolen election.

25
Cozette 25 points ago +25 / -0

Trumps back channel that started on /pol/ three years ago warned in early 2018 to prep for the internet going down. Researchers were urged to archive everything off line. There are back ups ready but they won't necessarily go up instantaneously. The Emergency Broadcasting System was tested so President Trump could still reach us. Remember the Swamp screeching about those tests?. Hmmmm. Was it just TDS that caused them to go into a coordinated screech fest?

Galvanized steel garbage cans for a Faraday cage. Home Depot carries them for around $25 dollars.

2
WhiteTrashJesus 2 points ago +3 / -1

This is always a good idea (at least to back up), but if you need to have a hard drive in a faraday cage, that would mean a high altitude nuclear attack, which is unlikely. Good for prepping anyway but that would be the least of our worries. This is why we have space force.

12
tdwinner2020 12 points ago +12 / -0

Emergency Broadcast System. Presidential text alerts.

I expect those will work, that will not be able to stop them fast enough.

Here's the script in my imagination:

Hello, this is your President, and with me the Acting Secretary of Defense and others. In December 2016 I was warned by the then head of the NSA, the great Admiral Rogers, of espionage against my campaign and transition team. That was not all that happened that day. It turns out there is a unit of patriots at the NSA who have watched a number of politicians and government employees commit treason and other crimes. We have shared this evidence with the Department of Defense and the DNI, and they have concluded that it is true, and they asked me to invoke the Insurrection Act yesterday. I did invoke the Insurrection Act yesterday, and today a number of arrests were carried out by Special Forces, with more on the way. You can visit whitehouse.gov to see the evidence for yourselves. Now I am also calling on the militia in the Fraud States to come out and occupy their capitols and statehouses, and arrest their governors and other officials, but do not execute them, just arrest and hold. The police are also part of the militia, and I am ordering them to help as well. Besides the governors and attorneys general of Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, I am also authorizing the arrest of Ohio governor DeWine, New York governor Cuomo, California governor Newsom, as well as the governors of Oregon, Washington, and Minnesota.

I would jump in my car and drive to the nearest Fraud State. It would be a long fucking drive, but I'd do it.

That agency, hereto be known as those that can go fuck themselves, can read all of this as we type it out. They can see everything no matter what you use. They can also listen to everything through your phone, watch, those asshole alexa things, and even the damn remote control.

FEC candidate donation data is publicly available. The left tried to use this against Trump supporters with “muh resistance” but the tables can be turned. Find the Trump voters on your street, in your neighborhood, at your workplace. Know who has your shared values. Know where your church is. Download this data and start saving maps and addresses.

Same, just made a protonmail account, I have been meaning to do that for years. Any recommendations for cloud storage? I have nordVPN.

2

I know that Proton is working on a cloud storage service. Not sure when it’s supposed to arrive. Personally I just have my own local server set up.

I don't know much about cloud storage, i mostly just use hard drives and sd cards, but my new proton acct gives me access to their beta cloud so I'm gonna check it out

ProtonMail does have a cloud drive in beta right now iirc.

Fair question. I'll read it.

Google is creepier though because they're free and somehow have taken over the world. A company that runs on income from their customers is a little less suspicious to me

13
WhiteTrashJesus 13 points ago +14 / -1

Baofeng

9
stop_the_sniff 9 points ago +9 / -0

Are they legal? Not that it really matters at this point I guess, but just curious.

10
WhiteTrashJesus 10 points ago +12 / -2

Yes they are legal but there are plenty of ways to accidentally use them in an illegal manner, so you need to know what you're doing. Basically you need to program it for various frequencies. Mine has all the frs, gmrs, and HAM calling frequencies and HAM repeaters in my area. Also NOAA weather stations. Technically you can only use it to transmit on ham frequencies IF you have a license.

But in a shtf scenario you could transmit on FRS and GMRS (which are for different types of walkie talkies, which is why ur not allowed since it has a longer range than those devices and would interfere with legitimate purposes of those devices). Obviously that wouldn't matter and neither would the license for HAM.

You get the cable for the radio and download a software called chirp. This allows you to put all the frequencies I talked about and you use channel mode to browse them. You can also turn off transmitting for certain channels (such as NOAA, you would not want to transmit on that, because it's a public service).

If you didn't program it properly and use channel mode, you could end up jamming air traffic shit or something. I personally never transmit because I don't have a license, I got mine a few months ago for the same reason as you. It is easy for the FCC to catch you if you break the law while it still exists as well.

Check out this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZMRKJy6HBA I learned from this guys channel how to set it up. You could get the cheap $25 one or a whole 8 watt radio with accessiories for probably $50 to $60 (make sure it comes with the correct cable. The 8 watt is better.

Also you could get a portable or car mount cb, but that's just for cb channels. (Maybe get both)

There are tooooons of free contact management programs.

I’d go a step farther and print out your contacts so you have a physical copy in case. Heck, make sure all your important passwords and stuff are written down, cause if an email provider gets taken out, people are going to be hurting for password recovery.

Should I buy a ham radio or a cb radio?

8
Elvathelion [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

There are two reasons as to why this radio service continues to flourish even today. The former being its budget friendly price policy, while the later attributing to its “no-license requirement” impositions by FCC.

So, if you have budget constraints, then CB radios can be your answer.

Also, there are next to no legal requirements that are needed for operating a CB radio. However according to FCC rules, no foreign governments can use CB radio, and people with an “FCC cease and desist order” will automatically be disabled from using the said device.

In short, overseas communications is not allowed with a CB radio.

“Ham Radio” is known in professional circles as the Amateur Radio. It is the most widely recognized and accessed form of both-way radio service. This thing allows you to communicate with other operators all across the world.

Ham radio is one of the most powerful both-way radio transmitters currently found in the market. Handheld ham radio operates with only 5 watts or even less power, whereas mobile optioned ham radios can use from 10 to 100 watts of power. Again, station-based ham radios can effortlessly reach up to 200 watts of power.

The wattage of ham radios can be further amplified by 1000 times over by connecting it with amplifiers. Also, linking the antennas with the radio system would only expand the range vicinity.

Because of the essential skills required to efficiently control a ham radio (so as not to cause any network interferences), the FCC requires Ham radio operators to be licensed.

This sometimes proves to be a negative point when considering buying options.

The FCC provides three classes of licenses that involves a written test of 35 to 50 questions that covers radio theory, regulations, and operating practice related paraphernalia.

At this point I wouldn’t rule out an outage. Cellular might be slightly more dependable in such situations, but I’d expect Google to be down for sure. They’ve been very open in their relationship with China.

Ah! What about mesh messaging apps? They were used in HK during the protests, and don’t rely on cell towers or Wi-Fi. (https://gizmodo.com/how-mesh-messaging-apps-work-and-why-you-might-need-on-1837859615)

So we go back to the internet of 2004. I can deal with that!

As long as it isn't 1995 internet, I don't have a phone line anymore - or a modem for that matter.

4

So, do you think Trump was trying to get the system to do the right thing, and eliminate the fraud, but has the DNI as back up to nail the CCP-influenced ones?

5
Elvathelion [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

I think that's one of the many things this whole series of events is revealing. Considering the executive orders, the warnings from months back about fraud and mail-in ballots and CCP developments, it's easy for me to think that contingencies were set up in advance - and plans made.

Good to know thanks for the feedback. Uncertain times Fren

5
Cozette 5 points ago +5 / -0

Incorrect. Obama signed our internet over to a private Corporation located in Commiefornia. Prepare for the ENTIRE internet to go down. Archive off line anything you don't want to lose. Sam Trump has internet back ups but imo it won't go up immediately. I'd prep for 10 days minimum. Buy books and entertainment/games that don't need an internet connection.

3
BananaWizard 3 points ago +3 / -0

thank god we setup parler, here and 4chan, we have enough counter big tech to actually fight my niggas

3
Scroon 3 points ago +3 / -0

So I just got one of those HAM radios everyone's been talking about. I know the noob basics....meaning I basically know nothing.

Could any experts tell me, if internet comms do go dark, what's the plan with HAM? Will licensed people just be hopping on random frequencies? Are there emergency channels? Repeaters?

1
daveywavey86 1 point ago +1 / -0

just listen in on 146.520 or 446.000, but DO NOT TRANSMIT. those are the national calling frequencies for vhf/uhf. that is where you go to make contacts, and then move your conversation somewhere else, its like the "lobby".

i, along with many other hams took a test, studied for a long time, and have earned the right to transmit. you haven't, and unless you have an emergency and cant reach police/ems/fire using any other means, you are not to transmit with your radio, its a hefty FCC, and you're just being a dick anyways.

part of our training as hams is to respect the rules. if a SHTF scenario kicks off, important information needs to get around, and if every uninformed noob on the internet decides to key up on their POS baofeng, you are going to interfere with communications.

my advice to you is to:

listen on those frequencies DONT transmit listen for instructions, (where to avoid, other frequencies to listen to, etc) let licensed hams do their thing DONT transmit

My relatives asked me how they would know if something kicked off. I will tell you the same thing: you'll know it has when it all goes down.

I don't think we need communications. Everyone should already know what to do. Don't wait to be told.

Then maybe he should shut the fuck up about parler?

7
Elvathelion [S] 7 points ago +7 / -0

Parler is problematic, so is Rumble - but both are still much better than Twitter and Youtube.

3
NinjaPede 3 points ago +3 / -0

I understand, but timing is rather bad.

4
Elvathelion [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

I look at it like this - maybe in a couple of years years Parler and Rumble will be the new monsters, but right now they are a relief valve.

But I hope by then we will all be the wiser and won't let the monsters grow too powerful.

2
Truglow 2 points ago +2 / -0

2
FedUpAndReady 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think, at this point, it would be beneficial to set out some 'red lines' that would mandate action without anyone being told they need to act. Here's what I think would qualify:

  • An attempt to forcibly remove or arrest Trump
  • An attempt to arrest any of the parties that supported the Texas lawsuit
  • Any major violent clash (fatalities) indicating the Rubicon has been crossed
  • A prolonged, widespread loss of communications (internet and major websites)

Should any of these occur, you should act accordingly in assuming that the coup against our republic is in progress.

Establish lines of communication and multiple backup lines with like-minded individuals near you. I suggest the following, moving to the next should the higher options be unavailable or ineffective:

  1. Non-tech tyrant email addresses, such as Proton Mail
  2. Telegram and/or Signal
  3. Phone numbers, prefer calling over texting, which is easily spied upon and censored
  4. A designated meeting place should these all fail
