This thing could kick off any time but it might be months. 2 months of heavy lifting will help moderate your aggression and make you more effective if it goes hot. .

.
Edit - forgot to add, eat keto if you can. All this above will maximize your testosterone

I've been drinking more, sleeping less, and my workouts are getting tougher to do.

Turn it around! You can do it! Plus you want to be ready if things get bad.

Cardio cardio cardio. My "program" is to do it while listening to Spotify. Walk to the tunes, jog to the ads. Can't fight if you can't run.

What is this "sleep" thing you speak of?

Probably has something to do with your commitment to being unable to.

Talk to someone in a squat rack. Like any compound exercise, focus on and figure out form before worrying about weight. Squatting the 45lb bar is squatting.

Try deadlifting and front squatting with kettlebells or just a vertical weight. Worked for me. Concentrate on squeezing yer quads and butt muscles and keep a straight back. Honestly I started only using just a little weight for form keeping purposes.

When you're new, the right form is more important than the weight anyway.

Also, check your friend circle. Don't spend too much time with losers who drag you down.

That is very important. I like having friends -- but if they can't see what's coming by now, you've done all you could for them. Look out for you and your family.

Alternate arms when pulling the MEC 6000 Progressive. Breathing control (this'll help "later" too.) Running a MEC 6000 14hrs a day is a great workout for bicepts, tricepts, deltoids, cardiovascular and l, mental well being.

Going back into lifting changed the game for me this year. Doing martial arts has also helped.

Sage advice. Moderate exposure, and use the rage for a good purpose.

I know my problem is getting in more cardio. Gonna need it to hump over the streets and hills between DNC-CCP bunkers.

Maybe add in some punching bag routines? I got to find one to “HANG”

And....PRAY. All our heros dead and alive have realized the IMPORTANCE of connection to ALMIGHTY GOD. An ETERNAL PERSPECTIVE is VITAL in all conflict. His PEACE is invaluable in our fight for RIGHTEOUSNESS.

While I agree with the premise, please don't do starting strength/5x5/madcow/ICF 5x5/531. I will gladly recommend better programming if we want to be as effective as possible at kicking ass.

Half facetious/half srs.

I've been practicing a wolf-trot. Alternating 100 yards jog then 100 yards fast walk.

At first it was brutal, I could barely jog 100 yards. But I've worked up to 15 minutes of this carrying a small pack with 10 pounds of stuff and a walking stick to simulate a..... uh you know, the thing ;-) I want to work up to 30 pounds and 30 minutes. The sooner I can the better.

The rationale is -- even with a car or moto or bicycle in a SHTF situation, eventually you will end up on foot. Being able to E&E and move fast on foot is of paramount importance in my opinion.

I do construction work and have no choice but to workout 8 hours a day. I'm ready
