Dealing with female black enlisted is tough enough. Literally they are only promoted because of their skin color and gender.

I'm glad I'll be long retired before having to deal with black female commissioned. The same above applies, but they'll have much more authority.

I'm civilian now, but still DoD.

A couple years back I was TDY in a southern state. I met the commanding officer of the USACE district. Black female.

She was nice. We talked for a few moments. She had nothing going on upstairs.
