My gut feeling is, this was leaked on purpose as Sleepy Creep is talking about how he will abide by the constitution (people who care about constitutionality go to sleep ), he also talks about how he won on platforms (he knows he didn't win shit sounds like a media press conference), he talks about Charlottesville and how much he cares about restoring soul of the country (yet another nothing politician point). Oh and him being "rough" yeah, that just him showing how tough he is to the rest of the dupes who think this was actually linked without him knowing it.
