Can't the CinC ask for a separate vote for those in the service, just vote exactly the way you did last time, and sign an affidavit that you did so? Then you can compare the 2, and ask why there is a difference?
Does 900 seem like a small number of total ballots? Fulton County's population is just over a million people.
Not as much if you consider that this would be from ~200k total deployed military personnel.
Military people who are at home would vote normally.
Then again though, there isn't an equal distribution of military people throughout the country. The best comparison would be checking it against previous elections factoring the increase in voter turnout IMO and at least sanity checking against number of troops deployed.
Fulton is so full of fraud. None of their votes should count.
